Totem has been in business for 43 years and in Edmonton for over 30 years. One of the managers just this last July celebrated his 30th year at the store. We have another manager coming up on 25 years. We also have many other employees ranging between five and 10 years service at the store. We believe that by keeping long-term employees is a great indication to the wonderful atmosphere you will experience when you shop at our store.

We still answer the phone in person and prefer to deal with Customers in person. We discontinued our on-line catalogue because we found it took away from the personal customer service we believe in. Totem is a Columbia Sports Wear Concept Shop and carries the most Columbia gear of any individual retailer in Alberta.
